The intelligent operation and maintenance system for the health management of lifting jack for high speed and EMU trains and locomotives was developed by BRI in 2020,and it carried out real-time monitoring of the operating status of key parts of the lifting jack through advanced scientific equipment diagnosis technology, realized fault prediction and guided equipment maintenance, reduced the failure rate of the lifting jack,and ensured the safe and stable technical status of the equipment. It was put into use in Shanghai high-power locomotive maintenance depot.
