In order to strengthen the comprehensive scientific and technological control of operation safety and maintenance quality, Changsha West EMU Train Institute has for the first time used the digital, visual and intelligent safety interlock maintenance operation evaluation information management system for high-speed and EMU trains developed by BRI to realize the digital and intelligent control of safety and quality of maintenance operation .
This system uses the technology of industrial fieldbus control , image intelligent recognition , edge computing and big data analysis and other technical means to dynamically correlate vehicles, people, maintenance process, tools and equipment in real time, reducing labor intensity and safety risks. It can also provide the functions of real-time publication of homework status, voice reminder of homework steps, realize the intelligent monitoring of the operation process, and further build the safety foundation of the maintenance operation of EMU.
